Course Instructors
Joe Bavonese, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist, and Director of the Relationship Institute with three offices in southeastern Michigan. Joe is also the Co-Director of Uncommon Practices, which helps private practitioners create their ideal practice through consultation, webinars and live workshops.
Pamela Forducey, Ph.D., ABPP, licensed psychologist, Integris Health, Oklahoma.
Bonnie Rich Humiston, BSN, MS is a psychiatric nurse with a counseling degree and postmaster's training in mental health nursing.
Marlene M. Maheu, Ph.D. is the Founder of the Center for Online Therapy, and the originator of the Online Clinical Practice Model (OCPM) for ethical telemental health and online counseling. She is a licensed psychologist and has been a psychotherapist since 1982.
Joseph P. McMenamin, MD JD is a physician-turned-lawyer who assists telehealth practitioners to recognize and diminish legal risks.
Myron Pulier, M.D. has been a Board Certified psychiatrist since the early 1970s.
Manny Tau, Psy.D. is a clinical & forensic psychologist, threat assessment and digital malice specialist.
